Just before noon on Friday February 2nd, Tower 16 was requested to assist the Wilmington Fire Department with a high angle rescue in the 1000 block of N. Orange St. Units arrived to find 2 construction workers stuck in an exterior man-lift on the 8th floor after losing power to the lift. Both men were safely assisted out of the lift and on to the ground.
