Tower 16 was dispatched to the unit block of Belmont Ave in Richardson Park for a house fire. Tower 16 arrived as the first due special and advanced to the third floor to conduct a primary search, while the Tower operator went to the roof for ventilation. Searches proved negative and the Tower crew proceeded to open up and expose fire in the walls and attic area.
