New Chief Vehicle

At noon today, the Elsmere Fire Company placed in service a new 2020 Chevy Tahoe Command Unit. This vehicle replaces a 2006 Ford Expedition. This unit features a Federal Signal light package, mobile radio in the front and rear, CAD capabilities, and a portable command board.
Ladder 16 assist Station 18 on warehouse fire

Ladder 16 was dispatched as a staffed replacement to an assist station 18 Good Will Fire Company On a commercial structure fire in the twin spans industrial park. Ladder 16 took the second due special service and ventilated the building with fans.
