Elsmere Fire Company

On Tuesday, July 20th around 23:00hrs, the station along with mutual aid units were dispatched to 139 Bungalow Ave for a house fire. 16-8 and Engine 16 arrived to find an end of the row dwelling with nothing showing. Engine 16 stretched a line and had to force entry, and found smoke filling the first floor. Engine 16 located a fire in the basement and began to extinguish. Mutual aid units from Cranston Heights, Mill Creek and Wilmington Fire Dept arrived on scene and assisted with searches, ventilation, and an additional line. All searches were negative.
